Our primary goal is to verify that you will receive the correct part before your order is processed. All orders are verified according to the model number, part number or serial number entered during your part search. When ordering online, there will be an option at the bottom of the order form to enter any additional information/comments for further part order verification. This additional verification will not delay shipment of your order. Our parts department will research all information/comments provided to verify your part/s to be correct before any charge or shipment is done. If we have any questions or need any additional information regarding your order, you will be promptly contacted via email and/or phone.

The part finder can cross reference by model number, part number or serial number. The model number is recommended so that you will receive the newest updated part from the manufacture. Our system provides our own internal part numbers that reference the part/s you select. Use the number the part finder gives you when you place your order. All orders are verifed for accuracy before your order is processed and ships.

Due to the fact that there are over 9 million pictures of parts, we are unable provide photos of all parts. Any photo that is shown during your search are a example/representation only. This is because parts are constantly being updated by the manufactures. If the part finder found your part, feel secure that you will receive the correct part as all orders are verified for part accuracy before any charge or shipment is made. If we have any questions or need any additional information regarding your order, you will be promptly contacted via email and/or phone.

This just means that there has been some type of update or revision to your part. Not all updates/revisions to parts are not noticed by the naked eye. They are simply improvements to the part quality. However, some parts may look different from the original due to these updates or revisions. These updated or revised parts are still the genuine replacement parts. These updates or revisions can also cause part numbers to change.

If the description states the part is in stock, it will usually ship the same day if your order is placed by 12PM EST. Some parts do require a 1 to 3 business days processing time before shipment. If your part is a special or made to order item, it will require additional processing time before shipment.".

This means we do not have the part in our stock. In most cases a part that is not in stock can be special or made to order which will require additional processing time. You will be notified via email and/or phone to specify the length of the lead time.

Genuine or OEM means that the part is the actual replacement part from the manufacture. Genuine OEM parts are not generic or aftermarket parts. By ordering genuine OEM parts, it will prevent major modifications to your orignal equipemnt in most cases.

If the part/s you select is listed in stock, it will usually ship the same day if ordered by 12PM EST. Some parts do require a 1 to 3 business day processing time before shipment. If your order is expected to be delayed beyond the 1 to 3 business day processing time, we will atttempt to contact you via email and/or phone. If we are unable to make contact with you, your order will be processed. This includes special or made to order items. Ground shipping on standard items. $13.00. Oversized items will require additional shipping cost. You will notified prompty via email and/or phone if this applies to your order.
